The wines that we showcase represent the distinctive blends of our winemakers’ personalities. Our wine philosophy is that we aim to give our wine connoisseurs the best wine experience ever. We showcase the diversity of wine styles and wine characters that are available in the heart of the wine growing region of the Stellenbosch winelands in South Africa.
We have a great love for wine, and we believe that you do too! Therefore we strive only to source the finest wines for all of our wine lovers out there. Barrel wines of varying volumes from different locations in the Stellenbosch wine region are carefully and meticulously sourced. This allows us to give you high quality, fine wine, at competitive prices.
Our wines are a fine product, truly from only the best that the Western Cape has to offer. From the soil quality, to the climate, and the winemaking techniques steeped in decades of tradition, our wine lovers are treated to an awe-inspiring wine experience where one can taste the dedication and passion that has been put into making our wines.
Our Team
We have a very integrated winemaking and marketing team with one main goal in mind: to produce fine drinking wine that represents the diversity of South African terroir. Our wines have a naturally South African fruity flavour, and are elegant in complementing different food pairings.
Our team brings together a whole lot of innovation, careful research, and high creativity to create our fine wine brands. Spending a great deal of time together tasting wines in different vineyards allows us to fine tune our blending and wine-making methods. It can be said that, “A winemaker that makes wine has a skill…. But a winemaker that creates fine wine is an Artist”.
Our Winemaker
Our winemaker, Ian Nieuwoudt, has a passion for creating fine wines that reflect the diversity of South African terroir.
Ian’s wine philosophy truly highlights his passion for his work. In his own words, he says that, “Wine making for me is a spiritual adventure: to make soulful, distinctive and original wine….”
Ian also believes in the art of blending and making fine wine. “For me it is much more than winemaking. It is an art of blending colours, aromas and finding a true character. It results in a layer of a complex and taste-tastic ecstasy in a glass”.
